Domain names have a double function: as a trademark, they distinguish goods and services on the Internet and identify their business origin, and as an address, they localize computers on the net.
The use of a certain domain name is conditioned only by its previous registration and can be the object of a transfer at a later time. Additionally, the specific use of a domain name can cause a conflict with another natural or legal person that believes they are more entitled to the use of that domain name.
