Legislation imposes on the providers of information society services (i.e: the recruitment of goods and services from electronic means, the delivery of information for the mentioned means i.e: newspapers or magazines in the net, the activities of intermediation related to the transmission, copy, and data hosting in the net, etc ...) the duty to facilitate certain general information in order to protect the interests of the recipients of the aforementioned services, so that these recipients can have sufficient guarantees when trading on the Internet. Such general information is as follows:

• Their name or corporate name.

• Their place of residence or address or, in its default (i.e: not residents of Spain ), the address of one of its permanent establishments in Spain .

• Their electronic address and any other contact detail that allows the establishment of a direct and effective communication with the provider, i.e.: telephone number.

• Details of their inscription in the Commercial Register or in any other public registry in which they are inscribed.

• In the case that their activity is subject to a regime of previous administrative authorization, the data related to the aforementioned authorization and the identification of the public entity.

• If provider exercises a regulated profession it will have to indicate, among others, the following details: professional body to which it belongs and academic title which it has .

• The ID or Tax number which corresponds to the provider.

• Information about the price of the product or service, indicating if it does or does not include any taxes and, when applicable, information about the shipping expenses.

• The codes of behavior that, when applicable, the provider is adhered to and the way to consult them electronically.

The duty to facilitate this general information will be considered fulfilled when it is included in the website so that it is accessible by electronic means, in a permanent, easy, direct and free way to the recipients of the services and to the public entities.
